When can I pick up my vegetable package?
You can pick up your vegetable package after your workout every Friday night.
What kind of workouts do you offer?
We offer workouts that consists both mobility and cardio exercises as well as strength training. Each workout starts with a short warming up session, then a strength session, a workout and we finish with some mobility.
Can I try the gym before signing up?
Absolutely! We offer a free trial class so you can experience our facilities and meet our community.
What kind of equipment do you have?
Our fitness equipment ranges from kettlebells to barbells and more, so you can train in a varied and effective way. Our gym also has a ski erg, a rowing machine, a treadmill and a squat rack.
What’s the atmosphere like?
You can expect a friendly and motivating environment. We’re strive to be a welcoming and supportive community for people of all fitness levels and goals.
What should I wear and bring to my first fitness class?
We recommend wearing comfortable workout clothes and shoes. We advise you to also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during our classes.
