We train in small groups with experienced coaches who will guide you at your own pace. This means that you get the benefits of personalised coaching combined with a fun group atmosphere that motivates and connects you. Our classes are mostly outdoors but sometimes we also exercise indoors.

Get a sweat on with planks, sit-ups and circuit training. Enjoy the use of an Assault curved treadmill, a Concept 2 rowing and ski machine.

What do our classes look like?
We train in small groups, in 10-week blocks.
Don’t expect boring machines or endless repetitions. Each class starts with a short warm-up, followed by a strength training session with weights, a fun workout, and we finish with mobility exercises.
We focus on functional exercises you might recognize from CrossFit: think dumbbell squats, kettlebell swings, treadmill sprints, and challenging dumbbell sets.
This variety keeps it fun, challenging and effective!

These lessons start at 10 AM on Tuesdays.
Regular lessons
These lessons start at 7 PM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
