You sign up for a series of 10 lessons, starting at set times. This way, we form small, fixed groups in which you grow together with others.

Please note this is not a session card. The price per series is based on the fact that you might not be able to attend every lesson. Missed lessons will therefore not be refunded. Only by planning your training and sticking to it will make you build a sustainable routine that makes a real difference.
